Happy @ Work is a holistic club and event platform designed to empower employees to improve their happiness, loyalty, and creativity. Our goal is to create a work culture where both employees and employers feel good and productivity soars.

Our Story

The Journey Music Started in the Workplace (2016)

It all began in 2016 with Sosyal Müzik® Workshops, where employees wrote songs together, recorded in professional studios, and produced company-specific music videos.
This creative, collective production model strengthened internal engagement and helped teams discover the motivation that comes from creating something together.

In 2020, we carried this culture into the remote-working era by launching online music workshops.

A Growing Structure with Music Bands & Choirs (2022)

In 2022, we expanded these services under the İş’te Müzik® brand.
By introducing in-house music band and choir coaching programs, employees transformed into real performing groups proudly representing their companies on stage.
This marked a period when music became an integral part of corporate culture.

An Ecosystem Enriched by Art (2023)

In 2023, we moved beyond music and gathered theatre, dance, fashion & style, painting, photography, and film under a new umbrella: İş’te Sanat.
This expansion offered companies a broader and more inclusive space for creative expression.

The Birth of İş’te Mutlu® (2025)

In 2025, we united all these experiences under a more comprehensive, future-oriented platform and launched the İş’te Mutlu® brand.
Today, İş’te Mutlu is a modern and sustainable wellbeing platform that brings together movement, art, wellbeing, and social responsibility.

Eren Tokgöz, a versatile creative entrepreneur who combines music and corporate life, started his career in 2016 after 15 years of experience in banking and IT sectors.
Social Music ® . He created a pioneering model in the industry by designing collective music workshops, special compositions, video productions, and creative employee experiences for institutions.

Evren Özkan is a versatile professional with extensive experience in corporate communication, creative drama, sports and educational design:

He has worked in marketing, communications, product and project management roles in the finance industry.
She specializes in in-house hobby clubs, company events and employee experience projects.
He is active in volleyball, running, climbing and nature sports; he designs sports programs and team activities for institutions.
Servas took part in social benefit-oriented projects by working in Anatolian Mountaineering and Purple Solidarity.
She has conducted creative drama, Waldorf-based trainings, parent camps and climate awareness workshops with youth, children and adults.
He has developed a strong pedagogical approach to internal communication, team dynamics and collective production.

Elif Bingöl

Style – Fashion – Elegance Club Instructor

Elif Bingöl, a METU Industrial Product Design graduate, turned to the field of fashion and style after her design and digital project management experiences in corporate companies.

Bingöl, who holds Bocconi University “Managing Fashion and Luxury Companies” and London College of Fashion “Styling” certificates, founded his own menswear brand, Tugla, in 2015.

Today she provides personal style consulting, seminars based on fashion history and in-house elegance workshops.

Areas of Expertise: Color & body analysis, personal image, professional clothing, capsule wardrobe.

Yüksel Altun

Photography Club Instructor

A METU graduate, Yüksel Altun began his career in 2000 with the basic photography training he received from Özcan Yurdalan. He served on the boards of İFSAK and TFSF and earned a master's degree from the Photography Department of Marmara University's Faculty of Fine Arts. He founded the Photography Workshop in 2007, creating one of Türkiye's longest-running photography communities. He holds the title of AFIAP (International Photographic Artist).

He was born in Istanbul in 1997.

He graduated from Bilgi University, Department of Music.

He produces in his own studio and has released many phonograms.

He gives concerts with many artists in different cities of the country.

He plays guitar, bass and keyboard, and is also a soloist.

He taught at Sanat Sepet Music Academy between 2018 and 2020.

Afterwards, he turned to special training for semi-professionals.

Born in Istanbul in 1983, Begüm Algan completed her master's degree in theater at the Haliç University Conservatory after graduating from the Departments of Finance at Anadolu University and Philosophy at Istanbul University. Dilara Kılıçak

Pilates and Zumba Instructor

Born in Istanbul in 1987, Kılçak graduated from Marmara University's Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching (2004–2008). She specializes in tennis and swimming coaching. She has been teaching high school physical education and sports at a private school for 17 years. In addition to her active teaching career, she also has experience in gymnastics, Pilates, and Zumba.

Züleyha Karataş Büyükbıçakçı

Nature Sports and Outdoor Instructor

Züleyha Karataş Büyükbıçakçı is a graduate of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University's Department of Business Administration and Istanbul University's Department of Child Development. After many years in senior management positions in the automotive industry, she combined her professional coaching expertise with education to focus on individual development.

For over 10 years, she has been running indoor and outdoor programs at Derin Eğitim (Derin Education) and, as a special education consultant, designs content that supports physical, mental, and social development. She also serves as a National Sport Climbing Referee, President of the Central Referee Board, and Branch Coach for the Turkish Mountaineering Federation.

Drawing on its expertise in rock climbing, trekking, camping, and mountaineering, it offers safe and inspiring outdoor sports training to children and adults. It aims to increase employee motivation, resilience, and potential by designing nature-based training, teamwork workshops, and development programs for organizations.

Recycling and Handicraft Workshop Instructor

Born in Istanbul in 1978, Olça Tansuk incorporated various glass techniques into her artistic practice after graduating from Marmara University's Ceramics-Glass Department. In addition to her glass mosaic and mirror work, she shares her expertise through creative workshops for children and adults.

Each workshop offers participants not only technical skills but also a personal exploration space that stimulates imagination.

He transforms art into a collective experience through the workshops, art festivals and exhibitions he has attended in Turkey, Germany, India, Portugal, Greece and Italy.

Saro Dadyan

City Historian

Saro Dadyan graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Business Administration and Istanbul Şehir University with a degree in History. She completed her master's degree in Comparative History and Social Sciences at Koç University, focusing on Tanzimat Istanbul and its architecture, and her doctorate in Ottoman cinema at Bahçeşehir University, focusing on Cinema and Media Studies.

He published books such as Istanbul Remaining in Dreams, The Builders of Modern Istanbul, İftihar and Yadigar, and Armenian Aristocracy in the Ottoman Empire.

Dadyan, who works on 19th Century Ottoman History, Istanbul History, Architectural History and Cinema History, has published articles on these subjects in national and international media.

Dadyan also organizes trainings and trips on the city's history for many institutions and non-governmental organizations.
